Miguna Miguna to vie for Nairobi Governor’s seat on a Third way Alliance ticket

Controversial Kenyan lawyer Miguna Miguna, who was controversially deported to Canada and denied access back to the country has announced that he will be vying for the vacant Nairobi Governor’s seat. Miguna, will officially be unveiled as the Third way alliance candidate in the election.

In a statement from the party, the party has described Miguna as the most suitable candidate to take over from dethroned Nairobi governor Mike Sonko.

Speasking to a locl media house, Thirdway alliance secretary general Fredrick Okang’o said that officials of the party met officials of the Independent electroral and boundaries comission (IEBC)where they discussed the details of the candidature of Miguna, stating that the party had been given a go ahead by the governor and have been authorized by him to sign all the documents until when the governor jets back.
