Manchester City have submitted an official bid to sign Tottenham star Harry Kane.

Tottenham have reportedly rejected an opening offer of £100million from the Premier league champions to sign their captain and talisman Harry Kane.

The England captain wants to leave Spurs this summer and Manchester City are at the front of the queue of clubs attempting to sign him.

It is however alleged that the Tottenham ace is ready to move and needs to win titles. However, spurs Chairman Daniel Levy is not ready for discussion on the exit of his star boy.

According to The Mirror, City are prepared to enter into a lengthy negotiation process to land the 27-year-old, who is currently representing England at Euro 2020.

Whilst Spurs are said to be reluctant to sell their star player under any conditions, their resolve may be tested by the Etihad outfit, who are keen to bolster their attacking options ahead of next season.
