Are you a form four leaver, and from Ganga ward? Do you want to access higher education ut you are not financially able? Good news, Ganga ward MCA Peterson Mwirigi has offered to use his personal resources for the next year to enable all form 4 leavers in his ward to access technical training education. The MCA, speaking to this media house reiterated that when he took over as the MCA of Ganga, his intention was to change the lives of the people, and this desire is to empower the young generation in order to make a meaningful life.

According to the MCA, lack of technical training after completing secondary education has become a big burden to parents and even the young generation, noting that his desire is to see young people from Ganga get out there and apply for jobs while they have the requisite skills to drive economic transformation.

He noted that, education is the key to the transformation of every society and hence denying young people access to post secondary education is tantamount to crippling their future.

The MCA noted that the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic has crippled several businesses, denying the residents their livelihood, and hence there was a need for leaders in these communities to come up with strategies to support those who are less fortunate in order to ensure prosperity in the society.
